Why We Go

We go because God’s mission is our mission—to reach the lost and glorify Christ. “As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you” (John 20:21).

Cooperative Program

The financial fuel for reaching every person for Jesus Christ in every town, every city, every state, and every nation.

Our church supports the Cooperative Program by giving through the Baptist State Convention of Michigan. The state convention uses part of these funds to support ministry and mission work here in Michigan. A portion is then forwarded to the Southern Baptist Convention, helping send missionaries, train pastors and leaders, plant churches, and support the SBC’s overall ministry efforts all around the world.

Upcoming Opportunity

Send Relief has identified communities’ most pressing needs by partnering with churches, local organizations, and government officials. The insight these experts have provided creates a unique opportunity for volunteers to have the most transformative impact possible through various community-building projects. This year, we have the opportunity to go just a little south of here to Toledo, OH. More details to come as we get closer to the serving dates.
